By placing an order on heirloomkin.com you agree to these terms.

Orders and personalization

You confirm the names you enter are spelled exactly as you want them stitched and that you have the right to use them. Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned for spelling or size mistakes (see Returns).

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping ($5.99 flat) and any sales tax are shown at checkout before payment. We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Production and delivery

Items are made to order; typical delivery is 7–10 business days within the US. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; see Shipping & Delivery for details and the Christmas cut-off.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, and images on this site belong to HeirloomKin. Product blanks (e.g. Gildan) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the garment; HeirloomKin is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where HeirloomKin is operated, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your state of residence.

HeirloomKin is operated by Tran Dinh Hoang (sole proprietor), 19 Dinh Thi Thi Street, Van Phuc Urban Area, Hiep Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City 700000, Vietnam. Our design and customer-service team is based in Vietnam. All products are embroidered, packed, and shipped from our production partner's facilities in the United States, so every order ships domestically within the US.
