What's the longest name I can add?
You can add 1 to 4 names, and each name can be up to 12 characters long. Use letters and spaces only — numbers, symbols, and punctuation aren't supported.
Can I use accents or special characters?
We stitch standard A–Z letters (upper or lowercase) and spaces. Accented letters like é or ñ, numbers, and symbols can't be reproduced reliably, so please enter names in plain letters.
Can I use emoji?
No. Emoji can't be embroidered with thread, so the personalization box accepts letters and spaces only.
Can I machine wash it?
Yes. Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle, and air dry or tumble dry low. Real embroidery is built to last, and gentle care keeps it looking new.
How do I choose a size?
Check the size chart on the product page. Our Gildan 18000 crewnecks fit true to size with a relaxed, unisex fit — when in doubt, size up for extra room.
Can I change the name after I order?
Names are final once production begins, and because pieces are made to order, production can start quickly. Contact us immediately; we'll try to help if your order hasn't started, but we can't guarantee changes.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only — see Shipping & Delivery for details.
Will the embroidery come off?
No. The name is stitched into the fabric with thread — not printed — so it won't peel, crack, or fade. Treat it gently in the wash and it will last for years.
