Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico; US territories and APO/FPO may take longer). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard Shipping: a flat $5.99 per order, shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden handling fees. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Processing and delivery time

Every item is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for embroidery and production, plus 5–8 business days for delivery. Total time from order to door is typically 7–10 business days (business days exclude weekends and US holidays). During peak season (November–December) production may take up to 2 extra business days.

Christmas cut-off

To receive your order before December 25, please order by December 6. Orders placed after December 6 are still welcome, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the facility. If tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, email support@heirloomkin.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Where orders ship from

HeirloomKin is operated by Tran Dinh Hoang (sole proprietor), 19 Dinh Thi Thi Street, Van Phuc Urban Area, Hiep Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City 700000, Vietnam. Our design and customer-service team is based in Vietnam. All products are embroidered, packed, and shipped from our production partner's facilities in the United States, so every order ships domestically within the US.
