Here's how to get the name exactly right.
- Enter each name in the personalization box, exactly as you want it stitched. You can add 1 to 4 names, up to 12 characters per name (letters and spaces only — no numbers, symbols, punctuation, or emoji).
- Check the spelling twice. Embroidery is final: once we stitch, the name cannot be changed, and personalized items can't be returned for spelling mistakes.
- Choose your size from the size chart, then pick a thread color that shows up clearly against the fabric color.
- Place your order. We embroider only after you order, so your piece is made fresh for you.
- Wait for delivery. US shipping takes about 7–10 business days after production. For Christmas, order by December 6.
Where the name goes: on sweatshirts, the name sits on the left chest, roughly where a pocket would be — centered, level, and raised slightly off the fabric so it catches the light. On beanies and hats, the name is centered on the front panel with a soft 3D puff finish.
Your stitch preview
Within 24 hours of ordering, we email a preview showing exactly how your name(s) will be stitched: font, size and thread color on your chosen garment. Reply with any change, as many times as you like. We only start sewing once you say it looks right. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, we go ahead with the preview as shown so your order ships on time.
Thread colors
We pick a thread that reads clearly on each garment color: navy on sand, sport grey, khaki, white and ash; white on black, navy, brown, spruce and indigo; maroon on pinks; old gold on forest green. Want a different thread? Add a note in the name field and we'll show it in your preview.
