Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link to follow your package from our facility to your door.
If you don't see the email, first check your spam or promotions folder. Tracking links are sent to the email address you entered at checkout, so make sure it's typed correctly when you order.
Your order is made to order, which means it's embroidered just for you before it ships. Please allow for production time before your tracking number appears. Once shipped, US delivery takes about 7–10 business days.
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it. For Christmas orders, please order by December 6.
