This policy explains what HeirloomKin collects, why, and your choices. It applies to heirloomkin.com.

What we collect

Order information: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (optional), and the names you ask us to embroider.
Payment information is processed by our payment providers (PayPal and our card processor). We never see or store your full card number.
Site usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, and cookies used to keep your cart and understand how the store is used (Shopify analytics; Meta and Pinterest pixels if you consent).

How we use it

To produce, ship, and support your order, including sharing your shipping address and the embroidery text with our production partner (Printful, Inc., USA) solely to fulfil the order.
To send order and shipping confirmations.
To send marketing emails only if you opt in; unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@heirloomkin.com. California residents may exercise CCPA rights the same way. We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting law.

Cookies

You can disable cookies in your browser; the cart may not work without essential cookies. A cookie banner lets you opt out of non-essential tracking.

HeirloomKin is operated by Tran Dinh Hoang (sole proprietor), 19 Dinh Thi Thi Street, Van Phuc Urban Area, Hiep Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City 700000, Vietnam. Our design and customer-service team is based in Vietnam. All products are embroidered, packed, and shipped from our production partner's facilities in the United States, so every order ships domestically within the US.

Terms of Service

By placing an order on heirloomkin.com you agree to these terms.

Orders and personalization

You confirm the names you enter are spelled exactly as you want them stitched and that you have the right to use them. Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned for spelling or size mistakes (see Returns).

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping ($5.99 flat) and any sales tax are shown at checkout before payment. We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Production and delivery

Items are made to order; typical delivery is 7–10 business days within the US. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; see Shipping & Delivery for details and the Christmas cut-off.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, and images on this site belong to HeirloomKin. Product blanks (e.g. Gildan) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the garment; HeirloomKin is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where HeirloomKin is operated, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your state of residence.
